Reserve a Natural Space

Are you looking for a rustic, scenic space for your next f​amily event? Or an outdoor venue to host your next corporate event? Connect with nature and reserve a pavilion at Scanlon Creek in Bradford or Whitchurch Conservation Area. Scanlon Creek is home to two pavilions, the North Pavilion located off Line 10 which is more secluded, and the South Pavilion which is located near the Discovery Play Garden. Please note that none of the pavilions have access to hydro or running water.

*A $25 administrative fee is required to reserve your site. A refundable $50 key deposit will also be required to reserv​e the Scanlon Creek North pavilion.

Please note that our reserved pavilions and sites do not have access to hydro or running water. Family camping is not permitted at any of our conservation areas.

Film and Photography Permits

Are you looking to capture stunning nature photography or portraits in a natural setting? Are you filming a commercial video? Apply for a permit to photograph or film at one of our conservation areas.

Commercial Filming

$25 Administrative Fee
  • $1,200 per film day
  • $400 per day for prep and wrap-up days (damage deposit is negotiable)

Commercial Photography

$25 Administrative Fee
  • $100 per hour during normal operating hours
  • $125 per hour outside normal operating hours
