Looking for a Family Activity or Something for the Kids over March Break?
Join us for fun-filled activities at Scanlon Creek Conservation Area
NEWMARKET, ON – February 24, 2015 – Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority (LSRCA) will be hosting a number of family and kid-friendly activities at Scanlon Creek Conservation Area during the March Break.
Tap into the start of spring with our weekend maple syrup programming or brings your kids to our March Break day camp for a great outdoor experience.
Weekend Events: Family Maple Syrup Program
Dates: Saturday, March 21; Sunday, March 22; Saturday, March 28; Sunday, March, 29
Times: 9:30 to 11:30 am or 12:30 – 2:30pm
Cost: $9 per adult and $6 per child – includes HST (children 3 and under are free)
Weekday Events: March Break Day Camp
Dates: Tuesday, March 17; Wednesday, March 18; Thursday, March 19
Times: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (drop off between 8:30 and 9am and pick up between 4 and 5pm)
Costs: $35 per child – includes applicable tax
Scanlon Creek Conservation Area is located at 2450 9th Line in Bradford.
These events are focused on outdoor activities so please make sure to dress for the weather. Registrants for the March Break Day Camp will be provided with a 'Camper Information' package.
