How to Help
What can you do to help improve the health of the Lake Simcoe watershed? Lots! Even the simplest effort can go a long way to improve the health of the region. You can volunteer, donate money (even a little helps!), or make small changes in your every day routine.
When you donate to the Lake Simcoe Conservation Foundation, a Conservation Authority funding partner, you help provide critical financing to projects and programs designed to protect and restore Lake Simcoe. Making a donation to the Lake Simcoe Conservation Foundation is safe, secure and easy, and can be done by mail, in person or online.
We rely on volunteers to complement and support the work of our full-time and seasonal staff. Volunteers help out with important tasks that might otherwise not get done, and support programs that might otherwise not exist. We are still developing our volunteer program, but if you send us some details such as your e-mail address, what sort of work you'd like to do, and your availability, we'll contact you should any opportunities come up. Thanks for your interest!
