Facilities

The Professor E. A. Smith Natural Resources Educational Centre can accommodate up to 60 students and their teachers for overnight visits. Our Nature Centre accommodates the same number of students for day programs.

Qualified Outdoor Educators

The Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority's outdoor educators come from a variety of educational backgrounds, ranging from the natural sciences and environmental education to outdoor recreation and natural interpretation.  The staff bring many years of experience and training to the development of superior educational programs.  Their personal commitment to excellence shows in their enthusiastic delivery of these programs.

The entrance to Scanlon Creek Conservation Area and Education Centre is north of Bradford on the 9th Line off Highway 11/Yonge Street .
