In the winter this area is a great access point for ice-fishing on the lake.

Holmes Point Conservation Area is located north of Pefferlaw at the north end of Holmes Point Road. Town of Georgina residents park for free with their resident parking pass (available from the Town of Georgina). There is paid parking available for non-residents.
